What is the programme?

We invite you to a unique tour of the technical background of the WEDOS DC1 and DC2 data centres in Hluboká nad Vltavou. You will get a glimpse into the operation of one of the most modern hosting facilities in the Czech Republic, you will get acquainted with the technologies and daily operation of a real datacenter. You can also look forward to expert lectures from our employees, who will present not only their projects, but also the working environment and the challenges that come with operating IT infrastructure on a large scale. The event is also a recruitment event - we are looking for new colleagues to join our team. There will also be refreshments and space for informal discussion.

The Ait'ákoBraní 5.0 programme will be divided into two blocks, with the morning block starting at 9am and the afternoon block at 2pm. After the lectures, there will first be a tour of the server room of the DC2 datacenter, then the participants will move to the DC1 datacenter (about 20 minutes away on foot). In the evening, there will be an afterparty at Bowling Hluboká, which will be common for all participants of Ait'ákoBraní. There will be an opportunity for an informal conversation with company employees, entertainment and a buffet. It will be a great opportunity to get to know the company culture and learn something beyond the official recruitment event programme.

How to get to the event and where to park?

The event takes place in the WEDOS DC2 datacentre, Podskalí, 373 41 Hluboká nad Vltavou. The second part of the excursion will be held at the WEDOS DC1 datacentre, 20 minutes on foot.

By car

The bus stop is Hluboká nad Vltavou-Zámostí, then about 10 minutes on foot.

Is the event only for IT people?

We offer not only IT positions, but we are also looking for colleagues in sales and marketing. You can participate even if you are not currently looking for a job but are interested in the environment and atmosphere of our company.

Do I need to register anywhere?

Yes, registration is required. On the website above you will find buttons leading to the registration form. Capacity is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email after registration.

Does it cost anything, is it binding?

Participation is free of charge and does not commit you to cooperation. In case you are unable to attend the event, you need to apologize in advance by replying to the confirmation email so that we can offer free places to other interested parties.
