Certification

Certification according to ISO standards is a guarantee that our company complies with certain rules (both laws and internal standards and regulations). Therefore, we do not change our procedures according to the mood and the weather, but we follow processes that guarantee a constant quality of service for our clients.

We were the first to opt for the ISO 9001 (quality management system) and ISO 14001 (environmental management system) certificates in 2011. We chose these certifications because we care about the environment, which is why, for example, we buy special energy-saving processors for our servers. Later in 2013, we added ISO 27001 (information security management system), an ISO focused on information security. This ISO 27001 certification from TÜV SÜD focuses on a systematic approach to managing the security of confidential information, covering employees, processes, the IT system and even company strategy.

We were one of the few in the Czech Republic to obtain two more important certifications in early 2021. These are ISO 27017 (a set of practices for information security measures for cloud services) and ISO 27018 (a set of practices for protecting personally identifiable information in public clouds). Both certifications extend ISO 27001 and are focused on cloud services.

It brings a stable and unchanging quality of service.

ISO 14001

It demonstrates our positive relationship with the environment.

We prevent any damage to the environment.

ISO 27001

This certificate proves that we can systematically identify information security risks and minimize them.

We have plans to manage business continuity in the event of man-made or natural emergencies.

We have better protection of confidential information and reduce the risk of hacker attacks.

We will be able to cope more quickly with the consequences of an attack and improve the ability of our systems to overcome the consequences of emergencies.

We have developed a structured and globally recognised information security methodology.

We comply with legal and contractual requirements.
