Unlimited space with web hosting

We don't really restrict the space for file placement on web hosting, there is no limit set. Therefore, customers can upload any amount of files. However, it is not possible to upload absolutely anything to us.

Web hosting can only be used for files that

  • are used for presentation on the website or ensure the operation of this presentation
  • are intended for the public (or a limited group under a password) and are linked to from the respective website
  • they are the work of the customer or the customer has written consent to publish them from their author (copyright owner)
  • are not in breach of the "Exclusions from Operation" section of our Terms and Conditions (see below)

Web hosting is not for

  • Backup
  • archive of private documents, videos and other data
  • programs or data that are not intended for publication and are not for presentation on this web host
  • storing and distributing images (or other types of files) that are not primarily for display on this web host, but for other sites (for example, serving as a CDN for other sites), where access from URLs other than the specific web host may be restricted by the provider
  • storing and/or publishing other people's documents, videos, photographs, software and other data for which the customer does not have written consent from the author (copyright owner)

Prohibited activities

It is forbidden to host, store data or perform activities on our servers that fall at least partially into any of the following categories:

  • it is contrary to the legal order of the Czech Republic or applicable international conventions
  • it's against good manners
  • infringement of copyright, patent, industrial or other similar rights
  • sending unsolicited messages (spam)
  • directly or indirectly harming any rights of third parties
  • overloading the infrastructure or technical or software resources of the Operator or other parties
  • compromising the privacy or security of other systems or persons

Violation of the rules

In practice, if we suspect a violation of these rules, we are entitled to ask the customer to explain the origin and purpose of the files stored on their web hosting, or to request written consent from the author of the files to publish them on the web hosting.

If the customer fails to provide an explanation or written confirmation upon our repeated request, we are entitled to delete this data from the web hosting.

But you don't have to be afraid of us. As long as it's your data, your images, your videos, and you're not breaking the rules by posting them, you can actually post as many as you want on our web hosting.
