What is not included in the support
Other customer requests, not listed above, are not part of the free customer support and may be charged according to the current price list or may be carried out during free time (e.g. at night).
It is not part of the support for web hosting in particular:
- installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PHP applications (CMS systems)
- any programming modifications to the site
- expert technical advice
- copying data from the original web hosting

What is not part of the support?
Other customer requests, not listed above, are not part of the free support and may be charged according to the current price list or may be performed during free time (e.g. at night).
Requests beyond basic customer support (non-standard technical or business operations, technical or programming intervention) are not handled by support staff and are not done on a moment's notice - such requests are passed on to technicians or sales staff and are usually handled within 1 working day. Paid technical support service is only implemented in case of free and available human capacity and by prior agreement.
In the event of a breakdown or technical problem on our side , our technicians will of course intervene immediately at any time of the day or night (within 10 minutes of discovering the problem).
