What is included in VEDOS customer support
Find out what kinds of requests we’re happy to help you with and which tasks are no longer covered by our standard free support.
Domain and Hosting Services Support
- Providing information about services, specifications, prices, and current special offers.
- Help with your order.
- Providing instructions for configuring domains, DNS, FTP, databases, and email.
- Help with managing services through the customer portal.
- Resolving technical issues and malfunctions on our end.
- Handling billing matters.
Requirements beyond basic support
Customer requests not included in the standard support list may be subject to a fee in accordance with our current price list. We do not handle these requests on the spot, but only when staff are available and by prior arrangement.
This level of support typically includes:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of popular CMS systems.
- Configuring DNS records for services outside of VEDOS hosting.
- Copying data and emails from the original hosting provider.
