On the Individual plan, you have 5 GB of space for emails, with the option to increase up to 505 GB according to your needs. For more demanding users, there's the Business plan, which offers up to 1TB of email space, with the option to increase up to 5TB. DKIM, SPF, antivirus, antispam

All plans also include an emphasis on the security and trustworthiness of email communication. The price includes SPF , DKIM and DMARC protection features, which help protect your domain from misuse and increase email deliverability. Of course, there is also antivirus and antispam protection, which filters spam and protects your mailboxes from threats.

Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is a priority for us. We operate all email services in accordance with GDPR and ensure maximum protection of personal data. Data is stored exclusively on servers in the Czech Republic, under our management, without access by third parties. Thanks to this, you have full control over your information and the certainty that your emails remain safe.

You can conveniently access your emails from anywhere thanks to the RoundCube web interface. This modern and clear email client allows you to easily manage mailboxes, sort messages, set filters or create signatures - all directly from your browser, without the need to install any program. RoundCube is fully in Czech and suitable even for less technically savvy users.

All data is stored exclusively on our own servers in Hluboká nad Vltavou , in a data center built and operated by our company. What is MAILHOSTING?

The Mailhosting service provides e-mail traffic on your own domain. You will use it especially if you only want emails, both Webhosting and WebSite have their own email services.

Should I use Webhosting or Mailhosting?

If you only want to use email services, then Mailhosting is ideal for you. There is no need to migrate your website or domain to VEDOS.
If you want to run a website with us as well, Webhosting is a more suitable service . This automatically includes mailhosting with unlimited email boxes.

How to increase the space for emails?

If you need more space, you can increase it up to 505 GB or 5 TB. Rules and prices can be found here. You can find instructions on how to increase your space in our knowledge base.

Can I convert my existing email accounts to VEDOS?

Yes, we have prepared an automatic migration script for these cases, thanks to which you can convert your emails to VEDOS in a few clicks. You can find the complete procedure in the knowledge base.
If you want to migrate emails professionally, we also offer paid migration from competitors.

Do I need Thunderbird or Outlook to use my email?

No, you don't. We have a web-based Roundcube email client for managing your email inbox and accessing it from a web browser. You can find it at webmail.vedos.cz, where you can log in using the email account created in the mailhosting details.

Our email servers support IMAP, POP3 and SMTP protocols in their basic settings, so there is no problem with configuring well-known third-party mail clients such as Apple Mail, Thunderbird or Outlook. More information can be found in the knowledge base.

How do you deal with advertising, spam and data protection?

Our emails are protected by cutting-edge AI antispam that effectively filters spam. We also offer antivirus and antimalware protection so your inbox stays safe from malware. In addition, all security is provided according to ISO 27001 standards to maximally protect your data and privacy.
