We're testing a new design for invoices and ISDOCs. Would you like to be among the first to try them out?

We’ve redesigned our invoices and introduced a new feature that will make life easier for everyone who handles their accounting electronically. We plan to add invoices in ISDOC format to the customer portal—a practical electronic format that accounting software can easily import without the need to manually re-enter data.

Before we fully launch this feature, we’re looking for customers who can help us test it in real-world conditions. If you’d like to be among the first, please contact us via the contact form. Simply write the following in the message: “I’d like to request access to documents in ISDOC format in the customer portal.”

We've improved the migration plugin for Hosting WP

Are you interested in our fast WP Hosting with LiteSpeed and Redis, but currently have your WordPress site hosted elsewhere? Thanks to our improved migration plugin, moving your site is really easy.

Install the plugin only on the original WordPress installation. It will then create a migration copy at a temporary address, where you can browse through the site at your leisure and check everything. Once everything is in order, set the target domain in the test copy of WordPress and sign up for the WP Hosting service. That’s it.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT TIP: Has someone else logged into your admin panel?

If you receive an email notification about logging in to the customer portal that you don't recognize, take action as soon as possible.

You'll find a link right in the email that you can use to mark the login as unknown.

We also recommend changing your password, checking your login history, and reviewing the services where changes may have occurred.

We would like to remind you once again that we recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your customer account. While similar situations can still occur, your account is significantly better protected thanks to this additional layer of verification.

If you are unsure, please contact our customer support and provide the date, time, and, if applicable, the IP address of the suspicious login.
