CUSTOMER SUPPORT TIP: HTTPS as the foundation of a trustworthy website

We are often asked why your website is not displayed as secure or why HTTPS is missing. The most common reason is that the website is not properly configured to use an SSL certificate and HTTPS.

Secure connections via HTTPS are now standard. They work on the principle of SSL certificates, which ensure data encryption between the web server and the visitor's browser. This helps protect transmitted content, for example when connecting from public networks.
