Basic concepts

1. Contracting Parties
1.1. The rules and conditions for registering domain names (hereinafter referred to asthe"gTLD Terms") are concluded
between the applicant for the domain name (‘you’), i.e. a natural person or entity (hereinafter referred to as
‘Customer’), who requests registration of a domain name, and the registrar (‘Us’) – WEDOS

you agree to these gTLD Terms and Conditions and all policies, rules, regulations, and
procedures established by ICANN.
1.4. In the event of any conflict between the gTLD Terms, ICANN, or the Registry (for example,
CentralNic, Verisign) the order of priority is as follows: (1) ICANN Terms and Conditions; (2) Registry Terms and Conditions;
(3) gTLD Terms and Conditions.
2. Collection and processing of personal data
2.1. As part of the domain name registration process, the following information must be provided:
· Last name, first name, mailing address, email, valid phone number, fax (if available)

3. Obligations of the applicant for domain name registration
3.1. By signing the gTLD Terms, you warrant and agree that:

4. Rules, conditions, renewal, and domain grace period
4.1. All payments and fees for the domain name are processed by the Operator.

8. Dispute resolution
8.1. By accepting these gTLD Terms, you agree to the domain name dispute resolution procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

· Failure to deliver or incorrect recommendation of data between the Customer and the Operator

11. Compensation
11.1. By accepting these gTLD Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
ICANN, Registries (such as CentralNic, Verisign) and Operators. Likewise, directors,
officials, employees, partners, subcontractors against losses, claims, damages, liabilities,
costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) arising from or related to

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These gTLD Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any claims, disputes
or other matters of a similar nature under the gTLD Terms and Conditions will be legally assessed according to the address

13. Final provisions
13.1. Please note that the gTLD Terms and Conditions contain complete information about the rules and conditions.
