From December 16, 2024, the provision of our services will be transferred from WEDOS Internet, a.s. to our subsidiary WEDOS a.s. Find out what changes this will bring for you.

Overview of the most important information

• We now issue accounting documents under the name ofWEDOS a.s.
• Bank account numbers are changing. Some customers will receive a new request with new payment details. The original account can also be used temporarily – there should be no problems or complications.
• All information about orders and payments remains available in the customer administration athttps://client.wedos.com.
• Payment methods, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. Only the account number and organization ID number (or VAT number) have changed.
• We will inform users of backup accounts in detail by email about the planned changes and planned downtime.
