Enter your answers from the ticket into the contest form below by August 31, 2026 (11:59 PM). If your answers are correct and your guess is closest to the correct answer, you’ll win an experience at the zoo or great prizes from WEDOS Internet, a.s. and CZ.NIC.

In accordance with the contest rules, the results will be announced here on this website no later than September 15, 2026, and winners will be notified of their prize by email no later than the end of September.
4. What if I have a free ticket without a number?
If you have a free ticket, enter the number 20260000 in the “Ticket Number” field on the contest entry form.
If your answer is a winner, we will then verify the source of the free ticket via email. All you need to do is indicate where you obtained the free ticket (these are typically “buy one, get one free” tickets or tickets from various zoo promotions).

Rules for consumer competitions
Consumer Contest with 6 Prizes
1. Introductory provisions
These rules bindingly govern the terms and conditions and the course of the consumer competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition), which is intended for customers of the Operator and visitors to Hluboká Zoo who have purchased a ticket and completed a ticket form.
The prizes (6 prizes) and the conditions that contestants must meet are specified in these terms and conditions, which are publicly available on the Operator's website, WEDOS Internet, a.s.
2. Contest operator
The organizer of the Contest is WEDOS Internet, a.s., with its registered office at Masarykova 1230, 373 41 Hluboká nad Vltavou, Company ID No.: 28115708, contact email: obchod@vedos.cz.
3. Contest participants
Any individual who meets the Competition conditions (listed below) during the Competition period and who enters the results of their zoo ticket predictions into the form (either during or at any time after the Competition period) is eligible to participate in the Competition for the grand prize. A valid ticket must also include a correctly completed form from the website. If the form is filled out incorrectly (for example, if there is text instead of numbers, the parameters do not match those on the ticket, or the ticket number is invalid), the ticket will be disqualified from the Contest.
Persons who are in an employment or other similar relationship with the Operator and relatives of such persons are excluded from the Competition in advance. Any winnings will not be handed over to these persons.
Competition participants must have their permanent residence (or address for delivery of winnings) in the Czech Republic or Slovak Republic.
4. Date and venue of the competition
The contest runs from July 1, 2026 (12:00 a.m.) to August 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m.). The operator will accept entries until August 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m.). After this date, entries will be considered invalid, even if submitted via the web form.
It is not possible to add to, correct, or change answers.
The winner will be announced by September 15, 2026, and the prize will be awarded no later than November 30, 2026. Winners will be published on the Operator’s website and will be contacted by email. If the winner cannot be reached by September 30, 2026, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Operator for further use at its discretion.
The date for the VIP tour must be arranged in advance. You will be contacted with suggested dates via the email address provided when submitting your entry on the website.
5. Prize
1st place – an exclusive experience at the zoo for the whole family ( Family means a maximum of 5 people.)

6. Selection of winners and awarding of prizes
Winners will be selected from participants based on an evaluation of the best answer to the competition question (the most accurate guess) on the ticket, from among participants who have duly fulfilled all the conditions set out in these rules during the Competition period.
In the event of a tie or a match of correct answers, the winner will be the person who submitted the correct answer first.
The winner of this Contest will be the contact on the ticket submitted via the form on the website (or the ID of the client registered in the WEDOS system). Take a photo of your ticket or free ticket in case you win. Then, simply submit a photo of the ticket that was filled out on the ticket form. If you have a free ticket or VIP ticket, the ticket number is 2025. However, for it to be valid, you must have a photo of the ticket and, if you win, also submit it to the Contest Operator for verification.
The Operator will notify the winner of the main prize no later than 20 days after the evaluation by email, according to the participant's contact details in the registration.
The prize will be delivered by registered mail as agreed between the winner and the Operator. If the main prize of the Contest is not accepted within 15 days of the announcement of the winner, a substitute winner will be determined, i.e., the runner-up, who will be informed of this step.
Winners may be published on the Operator's website. The Operator is entitled to use the winner's name for marketing purposes related to this Competition. The winner of the prize agrees that their photograph related to the delivery of the prize will be used for an unlimited period of time for the Operator's marketing purposes.
7. Additional terms, rights, and obligations
The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the participant during registration. If the information provided by the participant during registration is not true, correct, or up-to-date, and/or if delivery is not possible for reasons not attributable to the Operator (e.g., a non-functional or full email inbox, failure to collect a parcel), and for this reason it is not possible to deliver the notification of the prize or the prize itself to the participant, the Operator shall not be liable for this. In such a case, the prize remains the property of the Operator and will not be handed over to the participant.
The Operator does not pay any additional fees associated with transport beyond delivery by Czechia Post. The winner is obliged to comply with all legal and financial requirements related to the use of the prize at their own expense.
The Competition Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change or modify the rules of the Competition, shorten or extend its duration, or cancel the Competition at any time, without giving reasons and without compensation. Such changes shall not affect prizes already awarded, which shall be handed over to participants in accordance with the rules in force at the time of their winning. Changes to the Contest shall take effect on the date of their publication on the Operator's website.
The Operator is entitled to monitor participants' compliance with the Contest rules. All matters, complaints, and any disputes related to the Contest shall be assessed and finally resolved by the Operator.
The Operator is entitled to exclude from the Contest any participant who has violated its rules or failed to meet the conditions for awarding a prize. In such a case, the prize will not be awarded to the participant. If the prize has already been awarded and it is found that the participant has not met the conditions for receiving it, the Operator is entitled to demand that the participant return the prize.
If a participant in the Competition cancels their service under the money-back guarantee, their answer to the competition question will also be excluded from the Competition.
Participants may enter the Competition multiple times for each service ordered (and paid for) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the order specified above.
Each contest participant may only win one prize, even if they meet the conditions. A family means a maximum of five people.
The prize is not legally enforceable.
The Operator is not responsible for errors caused by third parties that disadvantage the participant in any way or prevent contact between the participant and the Operator.
8. Personal data
The Competition Operator hereby informs participants that personal data in the form of their first name, last name, and contact details (i.e., address, telephone number, e-mail) will be managed and processed by the Operator in electronic form for the purposes of this Competition in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data. By participating in the Competition, participants give their consent to the processing of the aforementioned personal data, which they provide to the Operator voluntarily, free of charge, and for an indefinite period.
The participant also agrees that, in the event of winning one of the prizes, their first name, last name, and town/city (not the full address) will be published on the Operator's website (point 3) together with a photograph of the prize presentation as part of the announcement and publication of the Competition results, for an indefinite period even after the end of the Competition. This data and these photographs may be used by the Competition Operator for marketing and promotional purposes at any time in the future, including in printed form.
The participant agrees that the Operator may collect and process their personal data. The Operator solemnly declares that the handling of personal data is in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. The participant further grants the Operator consent to use personal data in marketing and promotional materials, participant lists, financial statements, etc.
The participant has the right to access the personal data provided to the Operator during registration and to correct it, as well as other rights set forth in § 11, 12, and 21 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., in particular to block, correct, supplement, or delete personal data and, if necessary, to receive satisfaction if the processing of personal data conflicts with the protection of the Participant's privacy or personal life. The participant also has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of data in writing at the Operator's registered office, thereby excluding themselves from further participation in the Competition. If they have already been awarded a prize that has not yet been delivered or handed over to them at the time of revoking their consent, they lose their claim to it.
9. Final provisions
The operator reserves the right to cancel the Contest or modify the terms and conditions of this Contest at any time. In the event of any changes to the terms and conditions or cancellation of the Contest, all participants will be notified on this page. Changes to the terms and conditions will be recorded so that it is clear what change (and when, if applicable) has occurred.
