For Webhosting, Mailhosting, WebSite, Disk, VPS SSD, VPS ON, and WMS services, you can withdraw within 7 days of setup with a full refund for any reason. For serious technical reasons, you can withdraw from the service within 180 days (also applies to dedicated servers).

7-day trial period

You can cancel Webhosting, Mailhosting, WebSite, Disk, VPS, and WMS within 7 days of setup for any reason and receive a full refund of the fee paid. Submit your cancellation directly in the customer administration section according to the instructions in Services – Cancellation. We will use the reasons for cancellation to improve our services.

This trial period also applies to additional services activated later in the customer administration. If you deactivate such a service within 7 days of activation, the system will cancel the additional invoice.

The 7-day trial period does not apply to dedicated servers.

180-day money-back guarantee

Money back within 180 days

We allow termination of Webhosting, Mailhosting, Website, Disk, VPS, dedicated server, or WMS (in the case of annual payment) within 180 days of its establishment with a refund of a proportionate amount of money, but only for the following two reasons:

  1. demonstrable insufficient performance of the operator's servers
  2. proven repeated server outages caused by a failure on the part of the operator

We do not accept other reasons (e.g., unsatisfactory web hosting parameters or configuration, missing features, etc.).

Switching to another service

When switching between hosting services (Web Hosting, Mail Hosting, Website, VPS SSD, VPS ON, Dedicated Server, WMS), you can request a transfer of a proportionate part of the funds to the new service as part of the termination of the original service. The new service must be set up – we do not allow the setup fee to be paid from the funds of the original service.
