One of the most important security features when communicating with customer support is authorized email. This mechanism is used to verify that a request for a change or action to your service is actually coming from you.

Why is an authorised email necessary?

• Protects your services from unauthorized interference.
• Ensures safe execution of changes in settings.
• It allows us to deal with your request more quickly and efficiently.

How do I write an authorised email?

1. Log in to your customer administration.
2. Click on your name in the top bar on the home page.
3. Select the Contact Form option.
4. Write your message and send it.

Additional security measures when communicating with support

• Chat Authentication - If you contact support via chat, we recommend that you log in to your account first to verify your identity.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - For a higher level of security, we recommend activating two-factor authentication in the customer account.
• Official contacts - Communicate only through official VEDOS channels and do not give your access details to third parties.
