One of the most important security features when communicating with customer support is authorized email. This mechanism is used to verify that a request to change or modify your services actually comes from you.

Why is an authorized email address necessary?

• Protects your services from unauthorized interference.
• Ensures that changes to settings are made safely.
• It allows us to process your request faster and more efficiently.

How to write an authorized email?

1. Log in to your customer administration.
2. Click on your name in the top bar on the home page.
3. Select Contact Form.
4. Write your message and send it.

Additional security measures when communicating with support

• Verification via chat – If you contact support via chat, we recommend that you first log in to your account so that your identity can be verified.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA)– For a higher level of security, we recommend activating two-step verification in your customer account.
• Official contacts – Only communicate through official VEDOS channels and do not provide your access details to third parties.
