Domain renewal rules
based on the provisions set forth inthe Expired Registration Recovery Policy
Before the domain name expires, the Operator (WEDOS Internet, a.s.) will send the Customer (Domain Name Holder) at least 3 notifications of the domain name's expiration:
- notification – 30 days prior to expiration, together with a payment request for renewal according totheOperator's validdomain price list.
- notification – 7 days before expiration.
- notification – 5 days after the domain name expires, along with payment instructions
If you have not managed to renew your domain name in time, please note that the Operator adheres to the following principles:
- Eight days after the domain expires, the domain name is removed from the DNS, but it is still possible to renew it.
- 30 days after the domain expires, the domain name is deleted, but it can be restored for a special renewal fee.
- 60 days after the domain expires, the domain name is canceled and cannot be renewed.
- 65 days after expiration, the domain name is released for new registration at a random time.

These rules apply only to domains where the Operator is the direct domain registrar and registrations are not mediated by another registrar.
